Teak Guard Returns Policy
Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy
that we respect, practice, and emphasize in our business.
Please make sure you know exactly what you want
or what you need before you order our products.
Before you order, you can talk to a Teak Guard
sales rep or our product service. You can order
a product sample first to make sure it will work
for you. We maintain the highest quality
standards and we
cannot verify the quality of returned products.
If you need to return an order, please read the
following:
Returns of incorrectly ordered products are
subject to a restocking fee.
Items that you have installed cannot be returned
Also, Products that are "special ordered/quoted"
or manufactured cannot be returned.
Time Limit: Return Authorization Request Form
must be submitted to Teak Guard within 10 days
of shipping date of order from Teak Guard.
Request made later than 10 days will not be
honoured.
We do not pay for return shipping. Refunds are
contingent upon inspection of item (s) once we
receive it. Please allow 7-10 days for
processing returns. IMPORTANT - The product (s)
must be returned in good condition with all
original packaging, accessories and accompanying
literature. If we receive your product without
the accompanying accessories and documentation,
you will not get a refund or in store credit. If
you lost something that goes with your order,
you can not return it. You are responsible for
the cost of shipping the item back to Teak
Guard. If you want to return it, you must pay
for shipping the item yourself. If, however, we
make a mistake on your order, we will reimburse
you the cost of shipping your order back to us
via Ground or Standard only.
Need to Return a product?
To return a product at Teak
Guard, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
service department via email,
or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.

return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
In general,
Teak Guard
accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within
10
days.
IF the product is accepted
after 10 days, credit will be issued toward one of the
following:

FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

A FULL CASH REFUND
-
ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON
RETURNED ITEMS.
